- Yes, the 4-6 week production time on custom clothing is accurate.
- No, it is not possible to be more precise at the time the order is placed.
- A shipping upgrade will only speed transit time once your item is complete.
- No, you cannot pay extra to speed production time.
- Yes, you can upgrade to USPS Priority Mail at a later time.

You will then be invoiced for the difference in shipping cost.
- There is a link to a size chart in every clothing listing. Sizes run small-ish. If concerned, order up.
- Children's sizes are not offered at this time with the exception(s) of short sleeved T-shirts.
- Pattern modifications (extra length, different neckline, etc.) are not offered at this time.
- Sweatshirts, hoodies, and other fleece items have been removed from the shop due to poor quality of the printed fabrics. These issues have not affected T-shirts, leggings, dresses, tank tops, or skirts.
- Custom costume/cosplay listings will be deactivated 6 weeks prior to Halloween because shipment cannot be guaranteed in time for the holiday after that date.
- You can cancel your order at any time. However, once production has begun (and expenses incurred), you will only receive a refund of 70% of the purchase price. Shipping is fully refunded.
